Tencent is one of the world’s largest leading conglomerates, founded in China, with domains in all internet-based technologies, including social media, entertainment, venture capital, and investment.

Tencent Americas is rapidly expanding and hiring new employees and many often feel overwhelmed by all the different forms, tools, and internal resources they need to interact with.

This project aimed to simplify internal problem solving for employees by improving a self-service IT platform and knowledge base.
